About Us
Gymnázium, Praha 6, Arabská 14 (GA) is a four-year secondary school. From the first year of study, GA offers three fields of study: Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Programming. The school’s philosophy is to combine general education with a wide range of elective subjects in the third and fourth years. This approach enables students to reflect on and choose their future career paths, while also fostering a positive attitude towards education as a lifelong mission.
During their studies, students develop digital, civic, communication, social, and personal competences, as well as problem-solving, learning, and entrepreneurial skills. Environmental and multicultural education also play an important role.
In response to increasing demand and long-term international cooperation with partner schools— previously financed by the students themselves—GA decided to join the Erasmus+ programme to offer equal opportunities to all students and to contribute to building a meaningful European network of cooperation that includes other types of schools and new countries.

- opportunity to carry out job-shadowing at our school (teaching in Czech or in a foreign language depending on the subject)
- opportunity to implement your projects with our students at our school
- openness to other forms of cooperation (online projects, research, etc.)
- We seek:
- job-shadowing opportunities for our teachers
- partner schools willing to host our students in short-term and long-term activities
- stable and mutually beneficial cooperation
Project objectives
Our project aims to improve the language and digital skills of both students and teachers. We intend to enhance language proficiency through international cooperation and to create conditions for the effective use of digital tools in education. The focus is on developing the ability to communicate in foreign languages and on using modern technologies to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and access to innovative teaching methods.
